Training effect: It exercises primarily the upper muscles. It improves the development of the muscles of the chest, shoulder girdle and upper limbs. Regular exercising along with a lot of repetitions can affect the growth of muscle mass.

 

How to use:

Take a seat on the saddle. Lean back and grasp both bars with your hands. Push the bars away from you and return to the starting position.
