Training Effect:

Strengthening large parts of the muscles: upper limbs, thighs, abdomen and back. Carrying out the exercise carefully helps to maintain correct body posture. It has a preventive effect on unwanted curvatures of the spine.

 

How to use:

1. Put your hands on the supports with your back to the device. Grasp the handles. Pull your legs up to your torso and then lower them.

2. Place your hands on the supports with your back to the device, bend and straighten your arms at the elbows - for advanced users
