This is a series of crossbars arranged one behind the other to perform exercises in hanging position. The dense layout makes it possible to move from one end of the device to the other. There can be performed an excellent exercise for shaping endurance, coordination and grip strength, as well as for stretching and improving mobility in the shoulder joint.
The required safe surface: minimum 40 cm thick, e.g. bark, shavings, sand, gravel, polyurethane surfaces, SBR / EPDM tiles, safer grass mats, rubber mulch.
