Training Effect: Improvement of the blood circulation and motor coordination.

 

How to use: Grasp the vertical bars firmly. Then place one foot on the treadboard. After stabilizing your position, place the other foot on the opposite treadboard. Push one of the vertical bars forward while supporting the movement of your leg. In this way, you put the device in motion imitating a classic skiing run. Adjust the number of repetitions to your own abilities.
