I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

  1. This privacy and cookie policy describes the rules for dealing with personal data and the use of cookies on the website https://1move.pl/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
  2. The administrator of personal data collected via the Website is 1 Move Limited Liability Company with its registered office in Gdańsk (80-174) at ul. Morelowa 5, office 30, with the NIP number 583-316-80-39, REGON 222099133, entered into the National Court Register under the number 0000512494 (hereinafter the Administrator).

  4. Each entity using the Website is its User.
  5. Personal data of the User of the Website are processed by the Administrator in accordance with applicable law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on free the flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter GDPR).

II. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. The User may provide his personal data using the forms available on the Website, i.e. the contact form and during a Live chat conversation.
  2. Dane osobowe przekazane na Formularzu Kontaktowym są przetwarzane na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) RODO (zgoda Użytkownika) w celu skontaktowania się z Użytkownikiem w sprawie opisanej przez Użytkownika w treści formularza (np. zapytanie o produkt, dostawę, reklamację). Dane mogą być przetwarzane do momentu rozwiązania i zakończenia sprawy lub do momentu wycofania zgody na przetwarzanie przez Użytkownika.
  3. W zależności od treści podanej w Formularzu Kontaktowym dane mogą być również przetwarzane przez okres dłuższy niż zakończenie kontaktu w celu archiwizacyjnym (wskazanie przebiegu korespondencji w przyszłości np. w przypadku roszczeń Użytkownika) stanowiącym prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora (art. 6 ust.1 lit f) RODO) .
  4. Dane osobowe przekazane podczas Live chat przetwarzane są na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) RODO (zgoda Użytkownika). Użytkownik sam decyduje jakie dane osobowe poda podczas rozmowy. Dane osobowe są przetwarzane w celu poprowadzenia rozmowy i odpowiedzi na zadane pytania. Rozmowa i przekazane w niej dane osobowe mogą zostać usunięte po zakończeniu kontaktu lub mogą być poddane archiwizacji na podstawie prawnie uzasadnionego interesu Administratora (art. 6 ust.1 lit f) RODO) w celu wykazania przebiegu rozmowy w przyszłości.
  5. Podanie danych jest zawsze dobrowolne, ale niezbędne do podjęcia przez Użytkownika akcji, do której przeznaczony jest dany formularz. Dane osobowe są gromadzone z należytą starannością i odpowiednio chronione przed dostępem do nich przez osoby do tego nieupoważnione.

 

III. RIGHTS OF PERSONS WHO THE DATA CONCERNS

  1. Użytkownikowi przysługują następujące uprawnienia:
    1. the right to request access to your data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing,
    2. the right to object to the processing,
    3. the right to data portability,
    4. the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if the User previously gave such consent,
    5. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body in relation to the processing of personal data by the Administrator
  2. In order to exercise the above rights, the User should contact the Administrator by sending an appropriate message in writing to the Administrator's address indicated at the beginning of the privacy policy or by e-mail to the following e-mail address: 1@1move.pl.

 

IV. DATA RECIPIENTS

  1. For the proper functioning of the Company, including the implementation of Sales Agreements concluded, it is necessary for the Administrator to use the services of external entities (such as, for example, a software provider, courier or payment processor). The administrator uses only the services of such processors who provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing meets the requirements of the GDPR and protects the rights of the data subjects.
  2. The transfer of data by the Administrator does not take place in every case and not to all recipients or categories of recipients indicated in the privacy policy - the Administrator provides data only when it is necessary to achieve a given purpose of personal data processing and only to the extent necessary to achieve it.
  3. Users' personal data may be transferred to the following recipients or categories of recipients:
  1. Couriers / forwarders / carriers - in the case of a Customer who uses the method of delivery of the Product by post or courier, the Administrator provides the Customer's collected personal data for the purpose of delivering the Product to the Customer.
  2. Entities servicing electronic payments or with a payment card.
  3. Service providers supplying the Administrator with IT, technical and organizational solutions, enabling the Administrator to run the company's business, including the website and electronic services provided through it (in particular computer software providers for running the Website and online store, e-mail and hosting providers and software providers) to manage the company and provide technical support to the Administrator).
  4. Providers of legal, accounting and advisory services providing the Administrator with accounting, legal or advisory support (law firm or debt collection company).

 

V. SAFETY RULES

  1. Protection of personal data by 1Move Sp. z o.o. is carried out using the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent their loss, destruction and damage, and unlawful processing.
  2. In connection with the implementation of our privacy policy, we care about the correct and lawful processing of personal data, obtained only for specific purposes and not further processed in a manner inconsistent with these purposes, safe storage no longer than necessary and processed in accordance with the rights of persons to whom they relate , including the right to restrict sharing.

 

VI. COOKIES

  1. Cookies are small text information in the form of text files, sent by the server and saved on the side of the person visiting the Website (e.g. on the hard drive of the computer, laptop or on the smartphone's memory card - depending on which device the visitor of our Page uses).
  2. The Administrator may process the data contained in Cookies when visitors use the Website for the following purposes:
    1. remembering the data filled in on the Order Form;
    2. adjusting the content of the Website to the individual preferences of the Customer (e.g. regarding colors, font size, page layout) and optimizing the use of the Website;
    3. running anonymous statistics showing how to use the Website;
    4. remarketing, i.e. research on the behavior of visitors to the Website by anonymous analysis of their activities (e.g. repeated visits to specific pages, keywords, etc.) in order to create their profile and provide them with advertisements tailored to their expected interests, also when they visit other websites on the Google Inc. advertising network. and Facebook Ireland Ltd .;
  3. The Administrator informs the User that it is possible to configure the web browser in such a way that it prevents the storage of cookies on the User's end device. In such a situation, the use of the Website by the User may be difficult.
  4. The Administrator indicates that cookies may be deleted by the User after they have been saved by the Administrator, through the appropriate functions of the web browser, programs for this purpose or using appropriate tools available under the operating system used by the User.

 

VII. OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

  1. On the Website, the Controller uses Google Analytics and Universal Analytics services provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to analyze website traffic and optimize it on the basis of a legitimate interest (art.6 par. 1 letter f of the GDPR). Google Analytics automatically collects information about the use of the Website by the User. This data is stored on a server in the United States. Google LLC has the EU-US Privacy Shield certificate guaranteeing an adequate level of data protection.
    The User may block information about his activity on the Website from being shared with Google Analytics. To do this, install the browser add-on provided by Google LLC available at the link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=pl.   2. The Administrator uses the Google AdWords marketing tools provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) on the Website to promote the Website in search results, on third party websites and for remarketing purposes based on a legitimate interest. When visiting the Website, Google AdWords automatically saves a cookie remarketing file on the User's device, which enables the display of advertisements based on the User's interests. Further data processing takes place only when the User has consented to Google to connect the browsing history and use of the application with the User's account and the use of information from the Google account to personalize advertisements that are displayed on websites. If the User is logged in to his Google account while displaying the Website, Google will use the User's data together with Google Analytics data to create and define lists of target groups for remarketing purposes on various devices. For this purpose, Google temporarily combines the User's data with Google Analytics data to create target groups.

  3. The administrator may use the Facebook Pixel service provided by Facebook Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2, Ireland). Thanks to the Facebook Pixel tool, the Administrator can measure the effectiveness of his advertisements and adapt advertisements to a given User. The legal basis for the above actions is the legitimate interest of the Administrator. The Facebook pixel automatically collects information about the use of the Website by the User, and then transfers this data to its servers in the EU or in the United States and stores it there. Based on the collected information, the Administrator is not able to identify a given User of the Website. The collected data allows only to determine what actions the User has taken on the Website. Facebook has also joined the EU-US Privacy Shield program, thus ensuring an adequate level of protection of the processed data.
  4. The Website contains plugins provided by social networks, such as Instagram, Facebook and Youtube. When the User displays the Website, the User's browser connects to the servers of social network administrators. In this way, these portals obtain information about the display of the Website by the User and, together with his IP number, automatically save it on their servers and store it there. If the User does not want a given social network to assign the data collected while displaying the Website directly to his profile, he should log out of the social network before entering the Website. It is also possible to disable social networking plugins on the Website by using appropriate browser extensions, e.g. blocking scripts.
